College Hill Community Church

Pastor Worthen walks with God in every aspect of her life. The only African American ordained female Pastor in the Miami Valley. We are blessed to have a lady of substance that always shares the spirit and words of Jesus with a smile as she so eloquently teaches from the Bible, to her the congregation, preparation and prayer for all possibilities that may come into our lives.

College Hill Community Church is one of the most beautiful churches in the area in which we live. It's a landmark in our city. While in college I attended a service there . I was greeted with the feeling that I was family. The people who are in the congregation are the nicest, most caring people that I have met. Thank God for this place.

My dad served as pastor there from 1966 to 1968. We loved that church and the diverse community! Some of my fondest memories are of all the different folks we met there! We had to leave when my dad became ill, but the church took up a collection to help us even then.
Even though it was only two years, i remember the church fondly, and am so thrilled (as I'm certain my dad would be looking down) to see a vibrant, alive, church there were the gospel is preached! Bless you all!
