(May 25, 2017, 1:15 pm)On two different occasions, I have had Billy as my physical therapist. He told me more than my doctor did and he was accurate. He went the extra mile to check out my x-rays to make sure that the exercises he was prescribing would fit my condition. He is also a good educator.
