We had simply a spectacular experience at Imperial luxury coach!

We traveled there from Southwest Florida regarding one particular coach, and all I can say is it was exactly as described. Mike as a perfect gentleman to deal with and it was a wonderful day looking at this one coach and several others that Mike had in his inventory.

The coach was actually better than Mike described. He came through on every promised commitment, actually beat his promises, and at the other day we chose not to purchase a coach, but that was on us not Mike nor anyone at his shop.

We are taking some time to reevaluate the timing of our purchase, but when we get ready to buy again, our first stop will be at Imperial luxury coach, for sure! Any potential buyer should feel completely confident in working with Mike and his team. They are the best we have experienced.

We thought that was really nice and they had a few coaches that interested us. I am considering upgrading my current coach. Someone on a Prevost Facebook page recommended these people. I called and spoke with the owner for at least 30 minutes. He was incredibly helpful even when it seemed that he did not have a coach that fit my needs. He still took time with me and invited me to call even if I purchase a coach from another dealer. WOW, that just doesn't happen anymore. Honest and upfront - what more can you ask for.
