(November 29, 2023, 4:59 pm)Great place to live, awesome management and maintenance guys. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. No sign of stereotypical "trailer trash," a dying stereotype anyway. I had been hesitant to move into a mobile home park but I'm so glad I did, much better than apartment life.

(September 19, 2023, 12:16 pm)Had a amazing experience at the McMahons Mobile Park. Lived there with family for 10 years, raised my Grandson there. He loved the park, schools, all of the great neighbors we got to know over the years. Would love to move back .

We purchased a Mobile Home in McMahan's on Valley St. We love everyone and everything about this Family Park.I can't say enough about rhe family and entire crew who maintains the Park. I truly would recommend this property to anyone . Sincerely. Hayes Family
