Working with Dr. Horne has been a wonderful experience… she performed a total thyroidectomy on me recently and it went beautifully. I was so scared but throughout the entire process she was kind, thorough, and attentive.
She was the first surgeon I spoke to, and then the last after getting other opinions. I absolutely felt the most comfortable with her and am so glad I trusted her judgement.
I would absolutely recommend Dr. Horne for anything thyroid.
Experience was absolutely fantastic. Everything was explained completely before being done, and was done in the most comfortable way possible. Even just a week after my septoplasty with inferior turbinate reduction I am (off and on) breathing better than I can remember before. It's been at least 15 years since I could breathe like this. Of course I have stuffy stopped up moments too but after using saline regularly and carefully cleaning it out (very important) I can breathe clearly now. It sure is nice not having to gasp for air through my mouth every few seconds of nose breathing (required for eating).
I was so pleased with both Dr. Horne's bedside manner, performance of my surgery and all explanations from beginning to end of what I should expect. She is quite personable and a great surgeon. My recovery was quick and without incidence.
Dr. Horne is incredible. She performed surgery on me and the entire experience was top notch. From the moment she introduced herself, I felt such a sense of calm. She has an amazing bedside manor and you can truly tell she cares about her patients! She thoroughly explained my procedure and answered any questions I had with a smile. I would HIGHLY recommend her for any ENT procedures. I truly can’t thank her enough!
