(June 17, 2023, 9:38 am)Bought a Smart car and had to find a garage that serviced them. Dixon's advertised that they serviced Smart cars, so I thought I would give them a try. Very impressed.
My car was given an inspection, with ACTUAL PICTURES of various components that were either acceptable or needed servicing. Explanations were also given as to why service was recommended. Service recommendations were also categorized as to car's age or mileage, service needed now service for safety, and a few others. It is a very professional method for the customer to decide what's needed for the car today and in the future.
I would highly recommend Dixon's Automotive. It can be difficult to find a facility one can trust for auto servicing, but the transparency of Dixon's usage of digital images really helps to inspire that trust.
Also I was impressed with the "greeter" that met me at the door as I arrived. Very friendly, even though I didn't have any cat treats with me. I'll bring some on my next visit. -

(April 24, 2023, 9:07 am)I had a third party hybrid battery replaced and Dixon did a great job. They did an overview of my car first with photos and comments sent by text. The repair was prompt and the price was fair.

They took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car and as someone who doesn't know a lot about cars I really appreciated it. It also was very helpful that they took pictures with what was wrong and visually showed you. Candice was very welcoming on the phone and in person. Paul as well when calling and explaining prices. Overall it was one of the best experiences I've had in an auto mechanic shop and will not hesitate to go back in the future. Shop kitty is also a very fun bonus!

(April 5, 2023, 8:39 am)Dixon's went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They then took the time to explain what they did to resolve the issue and showed me photos to explain further. Would highly recommend and will be using Dixon's in the future.

(December 30, 2022, 5:56 pm)We had an issue on the interstate with our car. We saw Dixon Automotive and pulled over. It was 5:38 and they closed at 5:30. The owner came outside and helped diagnose our vehicle and then took the time to share some helpful information to make sure we could get the issue taken care of. Then when we tried to offer money for his help he declined. Excellent customer service and care. Thanks so much!!
