Everyone was professional at the office and Dr. Nitz did a great surgery. My recovery was faster than I expected. I had less pain and PT improved my range of motion farther than I expected, much more than before surgery. My need for long term strength improvement has been explained and I have to do that on my own. When I decide to have my other shoulder done, I will go back to Dr. Nitz.

Dr. Nitz and his staff have been nothing short of amazing. I was referred to him for a rupture pectoral tendon. From my initial consult to surgery everyone I’ve dealt with has been amazing. There was no pressure for surgery just an honest objective view of what would happen with no action versus what benefit surgery offered. It was left in my court and I was grateful. He even called on a Sunday to check on me post surgery. Almost unheard of in the business of medicine anymore. Dr. Nitz is an exceptional surgeon in both practice and bed side manner and I am grateful he is who I was referred to.

Dr. Nitz is kind and patient. He explains your condition and whatever treatment or surgery you may need in great detail and is easy to understand. He has very good bedside manner and follow-up care after surgeries. He is also my husband’s orthopedic surgeon. I highly recommend him.

Doctor Paul Nitz was very professional. I was seen very promptly once I completed my paperwork. I was allowed to have my husband with me while being examined. He was kind and very thorough in his exam of my shoulder. He recommended therapy as a first option and was tailoring the therapy to my life style of travel. I was very impressed by Doctor Nitz. He made it clear that if I have any problems after my therapy we could look into other options.

We have been to see Dr. Nitz twice in the past 7 months and he is always so kind and patient when explaining everything to us. He made sure I understood everything that was wrong with my son and what procedure he would be doing. He shows great concern for his patients and for student athletes he truly cares about getting them back to this sport.
