We had a great experience switching to State Farm with Ty Huynh. We got a quote that was going to save us $800 a year, so we went ahead and switched. Ty apparently meets with all his new customers; when we met, he went over all of our coverages, talked about scenarios in which we might use different coverages on our policies, and we made a few adjustments, still netting us like $750 a year in savings. I've never had anyone go over insurance with us in that much detail. It was totally enlightening. Best insurance buying experience ever.
