The Knolls apartments does it's work orders the same day. If a work orders is called to the office they come get very quickly.

That dude tried to sneak a roommate in and never told management. Seemed like he was going to try an unauthorized sublease. So they brought in a washer machine. Hooked it up wrong and flooded the place. Then he did not want to do the follow up with his insurance company. Took six months to get payment.

My first apartment & it was very nice . Very spacious & reasonably priced . A lot of storage space which I needed & nice location . The couple who owns the place is very nice & really seem like they care about you & the keep the place looking nice & kept up . Felt very comfortable there . Just didn’t like living on such a busy road , trying to get out was a hassle & during the winter I’d slide down the hills . Neighbors were quiet & for the most part friendly .
