Terri and Betsy are enthusiastic, knowledgable, and overwhelmingly supportive. They strive not just to improve your physical health but offer guidance to improve every aspect of your overall wellbeing. Their program is eye-opening and will forever shape the way in which I take care of myself by means of a healthy, informed diet. I highly recommend their program.

My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with our experience at Novis Health. The functional medicine approach has been very enlightening. Our health coach, Betsy, has paved the way for us in such a manner that it's been most enjoyable to follow this journey toward better health. Having a customized health plan for each of us individually is awesome. We look forward to the coaching sessions, as well as our sessions in the sauna using the red light therapy. I highly recommend Novis Health to help you make lifelong changes to achieve a healthier you.

Terri at Novice has been wonderful! She has taught me how to be healthy from many different angles. I thought I already knew ways to avoid bad foods, but have learned so much more. Having a health coach that you can trust was great- I felt like Terri was right beside me to cheer me on towards my goal and offered her expert knowledge when I needed it. The infrared sauna was very relaxing, and at the right setting, my skin was looking better. Also, all the staff there are super friendly!

I have only been @ Novis for a few months and I'm already feeling so much better. I'm losing weight and finally getting control over what I eat. I've tried for 30+ years only to lose then gain it back. Betsy has shared a wealth of knowledge with me, changing how I look @ food. It's amazing how much of a difference it makes to eat clean and really not hard at all when you have guidance. I am so grateful for Betsy, Terri & Novis.

I recently started Novis and not only did I lose weight but I learned so much about MY individual body. I've always struggled while trying diets on my own. With my health couch really investing herself to make sure I have everything I need to success, I've made break throughs. More or less I think of her not only just as my health couch. She is my mental health couch and I am thankful for Novis and the team to guide me on this journey.
