Extremely pleased with the service provided during my water heater installation. Austin ensured that connections were up to code, answered all my questions, and explained everything that I needed to know. The person who assisted me on the phone was very helpful and walked me through everything I should expect. Had hot water within 24 hours of the first call! Highly recommended!

I didn’t know who to call when my hot water heater quit so I called Lowes to see if they could find someone. They sent my request to Five Star Plumbing and they called me that day. The woman I initially spoke to was very kind and professional. The plumber (James) was also kind and professional. James and his helper installed my new hot water heater, made sure it was up to code and explained how long before I would have a full hot water tank. From start to finish was a great experience. I’ll definitely use them again.

Very responsive and easy to work with. One of the few companies that took me up on offer to send pictures of issues. Got a firm quote and identification of additional potential issues. No surprises on cost because of interaction up front.

Kyle was so very honest about the install when it came to the 30 gal from Lowe's which we would have had to rip out the door frame to do that one. He took the time to check Home Depot inventory for a 29 gal one that would fit in the space we had with no frame having to be removed.
He offered to take the Lowe's product back and had us cancel Lowe's and call Home Depot to place order for the Home Depot one and was back with the replacement quickly!
Install was smooth, efficient and he was great at engaging us in the operation if it.
Would for sure call 5 Star and request Kyle for service if needed.

My water heater installation was completed very quickly after Five Star Plumbing determined that replacement parts still did not make the water heater function at all. I had prompt service and all my questions regarding warranty replacement were answered. In less than 2 hours the old unit was removed, returned to place of purchase, and a new water heater purchased and then installed. The service technicians were courteous, professional and again answered more questions, and did a run through on the workings of the digital computer. I would highly recommend this company for your water heater repairs and installation of a new unit if needed.
