We were previously at Primed Centerville but when our doctor retired, we moved to Springboro for convenience of location. Loved Dr. Kessel, but he recently left, so still feeling out the new/other providers. Hoping for some consistency in providers and a male provider that my son is comfortable with, but I've heard they have a new male doctor starting soon. The phone wait times at times are annoying, and the lack of available sick visit times are inconvenient, but aside from this, I've had generally good experiences with all the staff. :)
