Took my 7 and 8 year old daughters to see Shelby, they are very active in sports, dance, ballet and the work she does with gives them a nice advantage to helping their bodies work optimally and efficiently through the MNRI (primal reflex) work that she does

I've really benefited by working with Shelby Schmitmeyer at Personally Fit; she is highly trained as a personal trainer, fitness specialist and muscle activation specialist. I go in to Personally Fit with specific joint or leg issues and by the time our session is completed, I walk out a new man. She is patient, kind and a good listener. I absolutely love Personally Fit! The staff is extremely nice and welcoming and create a really positive environment. The facility itself has plenty of diverse machines, weights and areas where you can make your workout your own. I have also attended classes and always come out feeling like I got an incredible workout. It is a really encouraging place to keep coming back to!
