  Excellent gym! This place will push your young athletes beyond what they think is possible. My 14 year old girls have a love/hate relationship with this place. They hate going, but ask to sign up year after year. I can see the difference on the field, both in speed and strength, but also in confidence.

  The attention and training by the staff at PowerAthlete is second to none. I utilized the gym for adult training while on active duty and after knee surgery. Even after my service, I continued to use the gym to maintain my fitness and energy level. My daughter has gone through both the Next Gen and Athlete programs and the results are great.

  I have been working out in gyms for the past 35 years. I can say without a doubt that the Adult Training regimen at Power Athlete is the best all-around program I have ever experienced. The combination of stretching, agility exercises, cardio and resistance training employed in these innovative, supervised sessions is unmatched, and the environment is safe, energetic and fun. At 53 years old I feel the best I have since being in my 30’s. Any adult concerned about optimizing their overall health and fitness should incorporate the Adult Training program into their life plan.

  Power Athlete receives my highest recommendation. I have had two children train at Power Athlete, and have witnessed their transformation into stronger, faster, more confident athletes. More importantly, they have established habits that will hopefully last for a lifetime. While my eldest son is not a college athlete, he continues his workout and diet routine every day. His college friends are amazed at the technique and discipline he has learned at P.A.
  
  My youngest son, a bit undersized compared to his peers, has improved his strength, speed, agility and confidence as a result of working with Paul and his staff.
  
  I have yet to come across a parent or athlete that didn’t believe Power Athlete played a significant role in improving their overall performance and competitiveness on the playing field - all while teaching them the RIGHT way to do things.

  I can’t say enough positive things about Power Athlete. They have helped me incorporate exercise into my daily life, which has improved my physical and mental health significantly. I was also able to bounce back from knee and shoulder surgery, as well as a back injury, far faster than I would have on my own. Paul and his team really know what they are doing and are equipped to help you improve your fitness level. If you’re looking for personalized help to better yourself, then check this place out. You won’t regret it!
