We were pleased to work with Gordon and the entire McSwain team as we planned our flooring project. We found Gordon to be
an excellent resource in terms of his product knowledge, his patience, communications skills and his follow up. We were particularly pleased with the skill, thoroughness and friendliness
of the team of installers. They worked with us to resolve a couple
of important modifications that surfaced during the installation process. All in all, this was a very positive experience.

Our experience with McSwain was great from the beginning! They were very knowledgeable about their products and helped us choose the right style and price point for us. They got it installed very quickly and kept us updated along the way with any changes. The installers were very professional and fast which we appreciated. Overall, we had no complaints and would definitely recommend them to others.

We have had McSwain install new floors twice in our house. The team doing the work was very professional and did a great job. They were careful to make some additional recommendations on things that they could do differently, like level the floor, to make the install better. I would recommend them to anyone interested in new flooring.

We recently had water damage in our basement and the carpet had to be replaced. We worked with Cherrie and she was able to help us find good quality carpet for the right price. Matt Gantz just finished installing flooring in our last two bedrooms. He did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the total experience we had. We needed the flooring to be installed on certain dates and they were able to accommodate our needs.
We had our twenty-one year floors in two rooms and two bathrooms replaced. The entire experience from sales to installation went great. We needed the floors installed within a certain time frame and it was done when needed. The installation gentlemen were very polite and professional. We had such a pleasant experience that we just purchased some more flooring here in 2021. Gordon Finn was able to measure our remaining rooms and we signed the contract all in the same visit. We are looking forward to having it installed in July of 2021.
