Kettering Health On-Demand Care - Washington Twp

I was welcomed graciously for my evening appointment by Rachelle. Sarah, NP, attended to me with care and professional competence. She referred me to the nearby hospital for x-rays which led me to become aware of the Orthopedic Doctors of SW Ohio Evening Clinic on the campus with the hospital. This enabled me to receive a cortisone shot in my knee in a timely manner! Thank you all!

Doug Klein CNP treated my son who woke up with a stomach bug.
He is very knowledgeable, personable and has a great bedside manner.
The network is lucky to have such providers.

Nurse practitioner was nice and such. Great facility. But I was left standing at the reception desk for almost 15 minutes without any help. Normally I see someone there right away and then wait a while in the exam room. Waiting, just standing at a desk for so long, was not great. So this single trip was really 3 stars, but I’m glad of the service and have used it before, so I’m saying 4 stars across time.

Very clean facility and the staff was great! We were headed out of town and our PCP didn’t have any appointments available so we scheduled here at the On-demand clinic. They were able to renew his asthma meds and Claritin. We really appreciated the ease of getting our son in and the thoughtfulness of the staff.

I came into this office today for an asthma issue. I have also brought my elderly mother to this office a couple of times. We have always gotten help quickly and felt as though the staff was helpful and well informed. We felt confident about the care.
I would not hesitate to return to this office when the need arises.
