(June 21, 2023, 10:27 pm)Recently had a stay at this facility. The staff was very attentive to my needs and accomodating to my requests. The Admissions Director Donna the Red even came by to check on me during my stay. 5 Star facility and staff. Hope I never have to return but if I do, Laurels of WC will be my first choice.

(June 21, 2023, 3:58 pm)Great experience for physical therapy! Nurses, Aides, Cleaning, Kitchen, and Office Staff were tremendous at their jobs and responsibilities. I highly recommend this facility for long or short term residency. The facility is very clean and the food is good! Kitchen staff goes above and beyond!

(March 31, 2023, 8:24 am)My Brother received excellent care and therapy at the Laurels of West Carrollton recently. He had a large wound that needed twice daily dressing changes and they were diligent, careful, and knowledgeable about making sure they were done every time to promote continued healing. He progressed wonderfully with the excellent Physical and Occupational Therapy team there. It was always clean, did not have any bad odors, and Staff was always friendly, available and accommodating.
I recommend this facility and will use them again if need be. -

(February 9, 2023, 9:03 am)I have worked at The Laurels for six years. I also had a very close family member come here as a guest. She was extremely satisfied with her stay. Staff is very attentive to the guest needs. Therapy is awesome!
