    I was in utter shock. I was driving to Cleveland for a conference and my tire pressure light indicated that I was losing air quickly in my tire. I called and spoke with Ashley. She told me to come on in! Once I got there, she let me know that her technician was not in till 2:30. I thought I destroyed the tire because I drove on it. Who knew that new cars would not have a spare! Working, as a manager, in the Automotive field for over 20 years most things do not shock me. She got my vehicle in, fixed and out on the road in less than 45 minutes. The cost was minimum. I was treated extremely well and I am grateful for their hard work and honesty. There are so many scenarios that could play out...I needed a new tire or I rode on the tire and hurt the rim. She could have got me for hundreds of dollars and did not. Thank you Ashley
