  The prices seem reasonable. Ordering was easy, and shipping was pretty quick. I received my package and one of the items was not the correct quantity, so I called customer service, spoke with a real person, and the correction was made within minutes. I’m overall very happy with my purchase, customer service and the company.

  I'm actually quite new to Bulk Apothecary. I came across their products doing a Google search for essential Lavender oil for my Lady. I took a chance and made a minimal order to see what the quality of the product was. EXCELLENT! When she's happy, we're happy.
  
  A couple of days ago I placed a bulk order for cold processed soap (more than 50 bars), and their soaps will be a first again for us. This time I'm purchasing for the entire extended family, but reasonably believe that I will be satisfied. The order is set to be delivered tomorrow (6/6/23), so perhaps my next review will have more details from this experience.
  
  I'm relatively easy when it comes to business. Once you take my money, give me your best. I haven't been disappointed yet with Bulk Apothecary, and I can appreciate that it's family owned and operated. Once I have three shopping experiences that are satisfactory, I will give them five stars. This is shopping experience number two right now, and they are a solid four-point-five.   I have bought many items from Bulk Apoth. over the past 8=10 years. I make my own skin & bath items for myself & family. This company offers items that other company's don't carry or their prices are better. But one of the main reasons why I purchase from them is the quality of the products & were they come from. They are pure, when it says 100% you can trust that that is true. Everything is listed on the website. Another nice thing is that most items come in many different sizes so depending on what your making & the quantity they can meet your needs at good prices!
  The website is easy to navigate & check out is easy too. They take all major CC's, PayPal or thru your bank. And if you have questions about something you can call & talk to a live person! It doesn't get any better than that for Customer Service!
  You won't be disappointed in shopping with this company!

  First timer here but not the last. There shipping was really fast!. I got my order in the same week. Prices and quality of products are great. They actually have a person who answers any questions you have. Great service! Very happy. Thank you will definitely order from you again.
