I'm new to the area and was shopping around for a Ford Raptor, tried a few other dealerships in the area but the guys here at Liberty Ford Aurora are second to none. They were extremely helpful from the jump, knew their stuff, and helped me out on a great deal for the truck I've always wanted at the price I could afford. They were all very welcoming, personable, and willing to help with every step of the car buying process. I had a great experience working with them and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone in the market for a car.
After inquiring about the vehicle I was interested in I received a prompt reply, then a personalized video walk-around posted to YouTube. That kind of service is a step above.

I had a really good experience with liberty ford. I dealt with Erich and Lorenzo and they were great. I bought my dream challenger from them. I got a good deal on my trade and a good deal on the challenger. This is, strangely enough my second dodge from liberty ford. Both experiences were great. I was a bit nervous to buy a car now but they made it super easy.
I ordered a new car from Liberty Ford Aurora in July of '21 and it arrived in April of '22. I read that some dealers around the country were marking up their pending order sales orders, going above sticker price. Liberty honored the price that we agreed on and honored the interest rate that they were offering when my order was placed. The interest rate had increased from 0.9% to over 5% but they were good to their word and kept my rate as agreed. I didn't even have to ask them to honor it. The sales people (I got to know a handful of them) were all laid back and obviously customer service oriented. The dealership always had a noticeably relaxed atmosphere. My only complaint was the sales guy who tried to sell me the Ford extended coverage plan. He was using some textbook high pressure car dealer strategies and it took way too much effort to get out of that conversation. A sales manager named AJ was especially helpful when I was selecting the options on my order, and in keeping me apprised of the status of my order during the long wait. Nathan and Chris on the sales team were great to work with. Both went above and beyond and were low pressure. Last thing, just remembered: they installed a handful of accessories (bed cover, etc.) that I had purchased directly from the Ford website due to supply chain scarcities. Liberty's installation charges were very reasonable and they did it very quickly so I could drive my new car home that day. Excellent, honest dealership in my experience. I'll gladly return when I upgrade to a new Maverick in a few years.
