  Grew up in Central Texas and have been looking for a good BBQ place since we moved up here. The flavor is great and definitely the best BBQ we've had in the area! Only complaint was that our brisket was cut into slices 1+ inch thick with the grain instead of against making tough to eat. Sides were solid and the only thing I missed from home was some good sausage and some sweet tea. We'll definitely be back again!
  
  Edit: We visited around noon on Saturday, 7/23! Y'all are great! Can't wait until our next visit!

  All I can say about this here brisket cheeseburger ...thick juicy tasty BBQ sauce..decent taste..satisfying on the palate . Can't wait to try the brisket!! Great art of deliciousness Joe keep up the great work 👍 👏 👌 😀

  Quite possibly the best pulled pork I've had in decades, if not ever. Service is quick. Portions are more than generous. The brisket, charro beans, and buttermilk bacon potato salad [with a substantial amount of dill and chive, and a flavor more akin to Hungarian strapachka] were all stellar. Can't wait to find myself in Kent again to revisit.

  Stopped by today and picked up a smoked rack of ribs (this was only 1/3rd of the rack). Absolutely superb. I had my own sides that the ribs complimented beautifully. Highly recommend.

  HOLY COW! Easily the best brisket in a 500-mile radius. Unreal! You must visit when you get a chance. But beware - they sell out quick, so best hurry. Brisket sandwich and their Mac & Cheese will hit the spot guaranteed.
