I am an RN and I love this place. I enjoy working here. Looks are deceiving. The staff is friendly, you don't have a ridiculous workload. I always pick a shift up via Clipboard when it is available.

When I worked at this location it were Great Nurses and Staff, care given for the younger generation as well as the older generation, care given for the best possible longevity of life, nurses did everything they could to the best of their ability to make a difference in their patients life’s. I would recommended anyone looking at a place for their loved one, to definitely give this place a try.

I have resided at Kent Healthcare for one month today. During its reformation under Dan Washburn's command, I have witnessed remarkable changes. Dan has transformed every department to expand and excel Kent Healthcare even in his off hours. I am a paraplegic and a Gulf war veteran and I have never seen a person take on personal responsibility like him. With his leadership qualities and his staff has fallen in line to implement their skills. I would recommend all to come to this facility due to the professional environment! I would be remise if i did not include the empathetic staff members ofnursing assistants; nursing, rehabilitation staff, laundry, and the social sevices department. Here at Kent Quality Care they understand the human experience and the needs of people who needs a little extra care. I highly recommend this place for rehabilitation, long-term care or other needs...this is the cream of the crop in as far as nursing homes in my humble opinion.
Update on my last day here...I have been verbally abused and intimidated by nurse aides Ruby and Beverley. I am calling the people that handles this.
