My son came in to the ER with abdominal pain and ended up needing emergency surgery for appendicitis. Dr Gusz was called in after hours, introduced himself, examined my son and learned a little about him. Doc explained what was going on, what he planned on doing in the OR and a couple different scenarios that could take place. I felt extremely confident that with himself and his team my son was in great hands! After surgery he met with me and updated me how everything went as he intended and hed check on him in the morning.
7am Doc was back checking up on him in recovery (had to stay overnight due to how late it was when he came in) checked him over gave discharge instructions and showed just Great bedside manner. I'm beyond greatful for Dr Gusz and his entire team! Makes me feel good as a mom with her son away from home, freshman year in college with excellent care nearby if ever needed again.
