1/6/2023. Kia of Streetsboro is my "go-to" dealership! Everyone is so kind and honestly work so hard to get you the best deal and into the vehicle you really want. This year I traded in my 2017 Sorento for a brand new 2023 Sorento. (It's gorgeous!) Our sales person, Nick Russo, was by far the highlight of our experience that day. He was a joy and worked past closing to get me an amazing deal. Nick was also so kind, fun, and attentive to my son, who was super excited to get a new car. He now believes he and Nick are best friends lol Steve in finance deserves a special shout out as well for being so great.. thanks so much, Steve! We had a wonderful experience and are very happy with our new ride!

Sales staff in very unpolished . one sales person loudly making jokes on a coffee machine not working.
He is interacting with customers way too much.

Wow ! I really don’t know how to put this place into words , But what can be said is it was absolutely one of the best car buying experience,I have ever had from walking into to the door to sitting down with my car guy JASON W ! He was so awesome all around from his warming and welcoming personality to his dedication.
