I found Mark and his employees to be professional, friendly, and informative. My car needed some body work that would take a few days. Mark made sure I knew what to expect from my insurance company and the car rental. Although I confirmed my rental the day before dropping off my car, it never showed up. One of his employees was kind enough to drive me to the car rental establishment. I was called periodically with updates on the repairs. My car was ready on time and in beautiful condition. They returned my car repaired and cleaner (inside and out) than when I drove it off the lot the day I purchased it. I would recommend Action Body Shop to anyone. Very pleased.
