Goodwill Industries

I absolutely love the Streetsboro Goodwill. Besides the fact that they have really great merchandise and they put out new things almost hourly so you have to really go in daily so you don't miss anything. The best part however is the staff. Christine, the cashier and I believe manager, is wonderful. Her customer service skills are better than most college graduates with an MBA. I have been coming here for years and she looks out for her customers. Today she corrected an error that the Goodwill in Ravenna made after the debacle they pulled when I went there last week. I thought oh no...here we go again. But she was so cool. She even explained to me why the incident occurred at Ravenna. Had the cashier in Ravenna been forthright instead of disrespectful toward me I would have understood There is another employee here, a male, that is the most cheerful worker I have ever met. If I am in a bad mood or just having a bad day he always cheers me up. He greets every customer as if they are his best friend. Everyone here at this Goodwill are the nicest people. I love coming here.
