Lake Park Village Apartments

I feel blessed and happy to move into this beautiful apartment and community. The office work and management are very good. This is the place for those people who want to live in lovely neighborhoods

The units are well maintained and the community is very peaceful. The maintenance requests were fulfilled quickly and management is very responsive and helpful.

Lake Park Village is a very nice and quiet place to live with parking right outside of your apartment. Strongly recommend touring and renting with them. Susan the property manager is very nice and thorough with explaining and helping when needed.

We’ve been living here for about a year now, and have nothing but great experiences here. Very peaceful area, wonderful neighbors. I worked remotely during the pandemic and never heard any type of noise from neighbors, and every neighbor we’ve met this past year have been incredibly friendly and kind. The very few times we’ve had to call maintenance, they’ve been quick and always resolve any issues. Parking is never an issue with how many spots are available, and are quick to plow/ice when the snow hits. I would happily recommend this location to anyone searching for apartments in the area, it was one of the easiest decisions of my live renewing our lease here!

I have loved my stay at Lake Park Village Apartments! I have lived here for the past 4 years, and I can wholeheartedly recommend living here. Susan (the property manager) has been great to me since I have moved in, getting back to me very quickly whenever I had questions or brought up any issues. Dan (the service technician) is also awesome, as whenever I submitted a maintenance request, he came and fixed any issue I had very promptly. The apartments themselves are clean and spacious, and the neighborhood itself is super quiet (which I really appreciate). The neighbors around me are also nice and respectful, and I haven't had any issues with anyone during my time here.

Another plus is the location. There's easy access to the major highways, so getting to Cleveland or Akron is super easy. I worked at Kent, and getting there only takes about 15 minutes, so if you plan to go to school or work there, I would highly recommend this place! There's usually no traffic at all in this area, which was nice as well. There's also pretty much everything you need in the surrounding area. Plenty of restaurants, bars, grocery stores (I mostly go to Walmart, Target, Giant Eagle, and Aldi) in the area that I rarely had to go more than 10 minutes for anything.

All in all, I really enjoyed my time here, and I'm super sad to go! I really don't know if I'll be able to find another apartment that truly felt like a home while being very affordable. I highly recommend checking this place out!
