(November 11, 2019, 9:37 am)My mom has been to three difference nursing homes and by far this is the cleanest not to mention the most friendliest! Everyone was supper helpful with our transition from hospital to Nursing home. I love how they have a “care plan meeting” to talk about the care they are going to provide for my mom. She had a stroke so part of her body needed some strengthening. The director of Rehab walked me through the rehab course he was going to take with my mom. My mom was there for less than 30 days and can now stand up without help, she can open the fridge on her own, & she can grab cups and plates out of the cabinet on her own!!!!!! The nursing home helped us sign my mom up for home health after her time was up to ensure she was going to keep her strength up and let’s not forget the follow up calls from them to make sure everything is still going okay at home!!! I highly recommend, Maples Garden. I truly felt like my mom was a priority and the results reflect it!

(October 15, 2019, 8:48 am)My grandpa is a resident at maple gardens and I have to say this place is beyond beautiful, I could not believe how clean and well-maintained maple gardens was. The staff was very friendly and helpful and treated my grandpa like there own family. I would recommend Maple gardens rehabilitation and nursing center to anyone who is looking for a very good place to send there love ones to.

(March 31, 2017, 2:13 pm)I am proud to say that I am a Unit Manager at Maple Gardens ( used to be Heartland of Eaton) After working in long term care for 20 years, it is nice to see that there is still staff that cares for the residents. This is hard to find now a days as many of you know. We the staff are very welcoming and caring for residents. We all take pride in our work in making sure the best quality of care is delivered to each of the residents as if they were our own family members. After all, we are our own family within the facility too. If my mother was still alive I would not hesitate in having the staff here for her care. Please feel free to tour or call with any questions. We would love to hear from and be proud to make your loved one our loved one!!

Our staff is committed to every resident to make sure they have what they need and are comfortable. We are a small town atmosphere with big hearts to take care of those who need us the most.
