Skylee was friendly, efficient and professional!

Josh was extremely helpful assisting my parents with adding a new iPad line to our family account. I am editing my last review because I thought there was some incorrect info being said but it turned out to be a misunderstanding and then their 3rd party customer service would sometimes resist transferring me back Josh later, which leads to frustration.
None of this was Josh's fault. He had all the correct knowledge and in fact, was waiting on some delayed items to clear before he reached out. Then HE personally reached back out to me which was nice to bypass that 3rd party customer service line. He took the time and effort to make sure my bill was correct and we were happy. I totally recommend Josh and JennG on their outstanding customer service and attention to detail.

Brad was super helpful during my phone transition! He offered “mini lessons” so I could learn to use my new phone and passed the waiting time while my phone was setting up with pleasant conversations (congrats on the upcoming nuptials!!) 5-star service!
