    Paid by percentage, cares about the driver and when u call them they don't ask what's ur trk number to look u up in the system and they everything they can to make shore ur happy and work with u on getting u home daily, weekly, monthly or so on. The kitchen family that is a apart of pgt is based out of leipsic oh and will be glad to have u give them a call.
