The health maintenance plan Dr. DeFrance has encouraged me toward has exposed some necessary lifestyle behaviors that need my attention. It is challenging to hear that which my wife has addressed concerns about my health come from my family Doctor.
I woke up with a very painful ear infection, and coupled with a broken shoulder, was in great pain and discomfort. Dr. DeFrance got me in upon my arrival with no appointment at 4:00, examined me, prescribed appropriate medicines, and things are much improved. Service beyond the call of duty!
Dr. Defrance is amazing we have been going to him for years and cannot explain how great it is to have a dr. that actually cares and gets you in asap if you need something. He is amazing!!!
Dr. DeFrance and his staff are awesome! They are all kind and caring. Dr. DeFrance takes the time to listen to his patients, explain things to them, and genuinely cares for them. His practice is top notch.
Dr. DeFrance had taken great care of my parents since he opened his practice here in Fremont. They ALWAYS had great things to say about him and how confident they were in his care. Since Dad's passing, I have accompanied Mom to her appointments and have been MOST impressed with him as well. I appreciate that his straightforward, thorough conversation/advice is respectfully directed at HER, an 88 yr old capable and prideful woman, instead of speaking only to me - like some medical providers do. That's important. That's compassion. His office team is excellent, as well! We definitely recommend Dr. DeFrance.
