I told them, and they had it back with the stubborn stain gone in a matter of days. Great attention to detail and customer service.

I had a used leather jacket I got a great deal on that came from a cigarette house. It reeked but I knew I could take it here, they got rid of that stench on my great deal. We’ve used this place for years, we highly recommend them.
