Comfort Inn & Suites

The hotel is in process of being remodeled. Third floor hallway walls were a bit scary looking, but in process of renovation. No issue with the room itself. Breakfast was good- standard hotel breakfast.
What made this visit 5 star was the gentlemen at the front desk, Matt. Long story short, we need some help retrieving a cap off our truck that fell into a tight spot. Matt jumped in and offered his help. Mind you- it’s about 20 degrees with 10 mph wind. HE was the reason we were able to get on the road this morning. If it weren’t for him, we may have still been sitting there. It’s refreshing to meet people that are willing to jump in and go the extra mile like he was. THANKS MATT!!

Unfortunately I hurt myself in the lobby and staff was very helpful and very kind. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

My family of 3 stayed last night. We’d been scheduled to stay somewhere else that, upon getting there, was not a good place to be. Our other arrangements were made and we arrived within 20 minutes. It was incredibly seamless.

The front desk ladies were very helpful. The room was incredibly clean, the beds very comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised to see a hot tub by the pool.

This may seem trivial, but a good working shower with a decent amount of water pressure is important to me. All was great.

We appreciated the front desk’s help when my son forgot his comb and lost our key. The breakfast was better than expected. My son loved the waffle maker. We also appreciated the extra thought put into the front desk’s care of where we’d parked, and kept an eye on our car.

Clean hotel + good service = very happy. I’d definitely stay again.

More good than bad. Smooth check-in, and mostly-clean, comfortable room. On the other hand, the sink was super slow draining and the bathroom fan had visible mold. Not a fan of requests to tip the cleaning staff or of any letter signed "Management". I've already paid plenty for the room and the hotel should pay employees fairly out of that; it's not appropriate to ask for more.

Our car broke down on the tollway while traveling home on Sunday. The tow truck driver recommended we stay at the Comfort Inn. We checked in without a problem and the staff was helpful and courteous. The room was clean and met our expectations. The pool was also nice for the kids and was warm and clean. The breakfast was also convenient for us since we did not have a vehicle to drive. We had to use the room longer than needed since our car was not yet fixed and Danielle at the front desk was very accommodating and told me not to stress about vacating the room. This was reassuring since I was working remote. I would highly recommend staying here.
