Rick was knowledgeable and efficient at determining what was wrong with my vacuum cleaner. After giving me the reasonable cost of repair, he left the choice up to me...no high pressure either way. I chose a new Miele vacuum. Rick's customer service is outstanding! I would gladly do business with Fremont Sweeper Center again and I will be sure to tell my family and friends the best place around for sweeper repair or for purchasing a new one. Thank you.
