Dad's Car Care Center - Jackson

This was my second wash at this location I had a $5 coupon for anyone should I wanted they did a very good job they shine my tires and hand dried it real nice was surprised that tax was added to the price but I got a free wash the last time. The other two places I used to go must have had the taxing their price as it was a flat out price of 20-25 dollars but it won't keep me from going back there. It came out very nice no complaints.

I had come to the car wash only half an hour til close yet these four boys took extra time to clean off dried bugs off my car. Excellent and polite service.

I used to work as a manger and before I have a very biased review due to my personal experiences. This car wash really is fantastic, the staff is very friendly and we took care of all needs no matter how small. The owners are down to earth local people and Alex the General Manger is one of the most honest hardworking person I’ve met. UPDATE: Dad’s called me and asked if they could touch up the detailing of my car. They got me in as soon as I could get there and made quick work of it. I was surprised and impressed by their responsiveness and desire to “make things right” as they put it. Kudos to them.

ORIGINAL REVIEW WITH 2 STARS: They might not be bad if you want a quick wash, but detailing is not their thing. There was residue left on my display, crust left on and around cup holders, crumbs and bits of paper left under the seats, windows were not thoroughly cleaned, etc. Pretty disappointing.
