Joe and his son were the DJ at my wedding and his wife recorded our wedding. They were amazing and so kid friendly with playing request. They did the music at our ceremony and reception and it was incredible from the music to the uplighting to dancing on the clouds and anywhere inbetween. Joe and his family definitely sprinkled fairy dust over our ideas and made it a true fairy tale. We are truly grateful and would definitely recommend them for any wedding or event!!

My wife and I worked with Russell Sound Lab to provide sound, music and lighting for our wedding. Mr. Russell (Joe) is very knowledgeable and helpful, and although he wasn't able to make it to our wedding, he sent his right hand man (whose name I think was Mike) and he was great too, especially as our Master of Ceremonies. Very responsive to our needs and last minute changes on the day of. These are the people you want if you are looking for DJ services in the Akron/Canton area. 10/10

Russell Sound Lab was the perfect choice for us to hire for our wedding. They were very detailed, personable, and flexible. They provided many options and gave attention and time to their customers aside from us. They had great sound quality and lighting, and Joe, his family and crew were overall great and fun to work with!

Joe was the DJ for our wedding and he did a great job! He was easy to work with and created a fun upbeat atmosphere at the reception. He gave us a wide variety of options for different music choices and when we asked for suggestions he had them right away and made the choice harder because the suggestions were all so good! We highly recommend Russell Sound Lab!!!

Using Russell Sound Lab for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made and I could not be happier with the service we received. Joe is all around a wonderful guy. He was professional, organized, and easy to work with. I had so many issues with my wedding venue and other wedding vendors I used and it was a relief to work with Joe who was so confident and dependable. He was knowledgable about our venue and how it operated which allowed him to make valuable suggestions on other vendors we could use and how to make the space look it's best. Joe and his team were absolutely amazing and helped our wedding run smoothly and efficiently. The dance floor was packed the entire night and the music selection was amazing. He took into account our personal suggestions and song requests while also playing a good range of music for everyone. My husband and I were very impressed by some of the extra touches they added, including a personalized CD at the end of the night with all of our wedding songs.

My husband and I cannot recommend Russell Sound Lab enough!
