I don't understand these one star reviews! The lady that owns it, is literally the nicest human. I got an herbal wrap today, she was very professional. She made me feel comfortable which is not easy for me considering I'm over weight and shes going to be wrapping my entire body. The place is very relaxed and made me feel at peace, almost slept lol. Good conversation as well! I will definitely be back and will be recommending them! & I lost about 20 inches, also a plus 😊
