Hands down best experience you could have asked for purchasing our first boat. Joe Hunt made the process seamless for us. He listened to our “wants” and “needs” and found us the perfect match. Noah was great to deal with. We are first time buyers and he was very thorough on the entire process. Even though we were buying a used boat considerably less than some of the boats they have in stock , we were still treated the same and that meant a lot. After purchase, he took us out on the lake and not only went over the boat with us, he also educated us on other aspects of boating. Very happy with my purchase and very pleased with Noah's integrity. Thanks again Noah!

Dustin was amazing to work with. He was incredibly patient (we were tough first time buyers). He walked us through all the various aspects we should be thinking about as we described our intended usage. He even worked really hard to help us out when our chosen boat/motor combo wasn’t available, knowing we were looking to get out on the water soon. He knows the lakes in the area, and is experienced himself, so that helped a lot as well. We didn’t get any “sales” speak. Only the truth, and when asked for his opinion because we couldn’t decide, he simply shared his experiences on his boat to help us out.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Shout out to Dave who did our walk through as well, and made sure we had enough fenders and extra dock lines before heading out. I used them brother! 😉

Stop in, say hi to the pooches, and give them a chance. I’ll be seeing them soon for my 20hr maintenance. Day 1 in the rain and crazy wind and we got 4hrs into break in…. 😀

Dustin was amazing to work with. He helped us to find the perfect boat! He was very patient and extremely accommodating. He is also extremely organized and we never had to wait on paperwork or anything. He definitely knows his stuff and we are looking forward to an amazing boating season!

If I could give them a 10 I would. The sales process was very easy, Noah Timberlake was enjoyable to deal with and answered all our questions. This is our first boat and we traveled over 2 hours one way to get here. I was not disappointed in any way. being our first boat, we had a lot of questions. We bought and did all the paperwork on a Thursday and the boat was to be delivered on the following day.

We were very excited and the boat arrived on time and I figured they would do a walk around, put it in the water, sign the paperwork and leave. Oh was I so wrong....Steve Norton went out of his way to make sure we knew everything about this boat, he went over what seemed like every nut and bolt making sure we were comfortable. He explained the break in procedure, the steering, the seat configuration, etc etc etc...I mean there was not a thing he did not go over. Then he went out on the water with us to make sure we knew what we were doing and help us with any additional questions we had. Boatmasters, you need more Steve Nortons on staff. We will recommend you to everyone we can. Thanks again, Noah, Chase, Megan and of course Steve...
