Nancy (Gardner) is a wonderful Tai Chi instructor who incorporates her Qigong training into all her teachings. Classes are fun and engaging no matter what your level and age. She teaches in different locations and to different focal groups. I am more than satisfied with what I have learned from Nancy. She really gives back to the community, offering many free classes and sessions throughout the year!
