Quick to answer all questions and was super nice when I needed to add more to my order. Guys that loaded and unloaded our vehicle were very professional and made sure to respect our truck for no damage to occur during transit. Definitely will be returning for our next party needs!

We have used Miller's twice this past year for two separate events. The customer service was excellent, responses to our questions and concerns were prompt, and everything was very well organized. The tables, chairs, and linens were all in great condition and set up as discussed. Milana and her team were professional and kind. I will use Miller's again in the future.

Ultimate positive experience. Angel was my salesperson, contacted via email on particulars for a birthday party and received a rate quote a month prior. Stopped by office to submit down payment and explain details of party, delivery and pickup coordination. Angel confirmed pricing and complete process. Party items were delivered promptly, and picked up on time. Absolutely no issues with this company or it’s service. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

My husband and I recently got married and had the pleasure of working with Milana. We are out of state (had our wedding in Ohio) and Milana went above and beyond helping us at the very last minute! We stopped in while visiting and she had 4 different shades of pink ready for us so we didn't have to wait, she also discussed having a backdrop behind our head table!
