(June 25, 2022, 8:25 pm)Seth is competent and affable. (He's a good listener) I'm on the spectrum. I don't really know how to bring it up. I don't like crowded places, and I hate being watched when exercising. I have a hard time communicating but you wouldn't believe that when talking to me. I believe wholeheartedly, if you're a normal person, you can get along with Seth.
Seth isn't trying to sell you on some sponsorship or product. I'm well aware of how too good to be true it feels. Take a look at all the reviews. They speak for themselves. His price is fair for the service he offers. He is very factual and willing to answer any questions to the best of his ability.
He's remodeled his garage for one-on-one exercising. It's more spacious than the photos would have you believe. All the equipment is well maintained and clean. It's air conditioned and after the last hot few days we've had, it's stayed comfortable.
Seth makes it clear, that I can take it at my own pace. He seems to be doing his best to stick with my pace. He plans his exercises responsibly, and gives me time to rest. Each person has a different exercise plan, and it will affect them differently, but for me. I'll finish one exercise thinking I can't go on, get a break, and I feel like I could go for a little longer. In my experience, he can pull that little longer feeling out over the whole session.
He's highly recommended, if you have the budget, and he's very booked. -

We wanted to give him a good foundation for life long fitness and we feel that he has definitely received that from Werewolf Fit. Seth is knowledgeable and we have been impressed with how our son has progressed. The most important part is that our son enjoys working out here and is feeling more physically fit and confident in himself every day!

(December 28, 2019, 3:50 pm)This was my first time working with a trainer and wasn't sure how it would go, but Seth knows his stuff and really cares about your health, fitness and general well being. He works with you to evaluate your progress and help you understand exactly what each workout does and how each muscle is effected, and how that works to increase overall body stability, strength and efficiency. Encouraging, patient, knowledgable and motivating.. and and a very fare rate! I can't recommend Seth and Werewolf Fit enough.
