I started working out with a group of friends to get in shape for vacation, but we have kept the group workouts going because we love them so much! Our trainer Aaron makes the (very challenging) workouts fun. Josh and the whole team is great. There are people working out at all different fitness levels, and I’ve never felt intimidated or out of place.
