Jaime Gorman our plumber from West Manor Plumbing here in Canton, Ohio recently just installed a water softener from Ralph Reinhart Co.. Jaime recommended a Clack softener and indicated he gets them from Ralph Reinhart Co.. During the initial phase of the installation, Jaime had a plastic ring from the valve snap which was possibly because of the cold causing the plastic to be brittle. Jaime immediately contacted someone from Ralph Reinhart for a replacement. Their response was almost immediate and indicated to Jaime our plumber that they would bring one down as they were traveling to Wooster.

As a homeowner, I enjoy knowing the source of our softener and the fact that they are so very service minded to their customers. Jaime mentioned how they have come out and helped with any issues that may have come up. This type of service is greatly appreciated.
