  I have been a Nationwide customer for over 20 years, but have only been with the Dennis E Taylor Agency for roughly 9 months after my divorce. Heidi Brillhart was a godsend. She was helpful and patient with me, guiding me through the process of obtaining both a home and auto policy. Three months after moving into my new (to me) home, it suffered extensive wind damage during a storm. I came home to find roughly 50 sheets of shingles strewn about my yard. The first person I called was Heidi. She, again, walked me through the process in dealing with that issue. Heidi is an incredibly valuable asset to this agency...wouldn't be the same without her. Thank you.
