  Maplewood is such a great place! From the moment I walked in I felt so calm, and the atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful. The residents' were busy out in common area playing cards and chatting, and some of the staff were preparing for an educational seminar for families of residents', so I was very impressed! Every inch was extremely clean and well maintained. The lunch smelled amazing, and the salon was very soothing. The staff were so friendly and warm, I felt like I was at home and surrounded by people who truly care. I have absolutely no hesitations about this facility.

  Congratulations and a huge thank you for a job well done organizing the Easter Dinner for your residents and their families. The food was delicious. The staff was very attentive. The entertainment was awesome. Maplewood went above and beyond to make our seniors feel special. The tables were decorated beautifully. Great job Maplewood staff ❤️

  Community is stunning. The attention to detail with regard to architecture and design in relation to residents with dementia is stellar. The beauty salon is delightful.

  As an advocate for the 55+ population over the past few years, I have had the opportunity to tour several senior communities ranging from independent living to memory care throughout many parts of NE Ohio, and to this point in my professional journey I have to say that Maplewood is hands-down leading the pack in many areas. Seeing the enjoyment the residents get from being involved in things such as: in-person culinary learning, to some of the incredible innovation that's on the horizon to provide a safer and more efficient experience, makes Maplewood an amazing place for loved ones to call "home."

  As an Estate Planning Attorney, I've seen so many long term care facilities and they've run the whole gauntlet of great to absolutely not. Morgan Iorio and the team at Maplewood are by far the best run facility I have come across. I think the best thing I can say about them is that if my loved one ever needed the care they provide, I'd feel secure and safe leaving them there. The facility itself is top notch, but it's really the care providers and the attention to detail that set Maplewood apart. The security of the facility, the meals are all chef prepared, the dining rooms are immaculate, the care providers all know each others names and the names of their clients. The facility has activities that are proven to help with cognitive decline. If you or your loved one are in need of the services they provide, please do contact them for a tour- you will see the difference almost immediately.
