Blue Stream Rehab and Nursing

Staff is personable, helpful and very compassionate. It’s a clean facility, and great care is provided to all residents. I would recommend to anyone, and feel comfortable sending loved ones there for care!

Blue Stream Rehab & Nursing is a facility with the greatest Rehab i have ever seen,
My grandmother is currently here for a short term as she fell and broke her hip, she is almost fully recovered due to the good in house therapists and staff,

The service and loving care to their residents is way and beyond, its great, they always hire the most professional staff members to give the best care possible, their food is home style, Always fresh, testy & delicious so the residents always feel at Home.
The rooms are always great smelling & fresh, the team is always here to help.

As they are opening their doors to the wing that was just newly renovated to the most modern up to date art ,i also got a chance to be one of the people visiting today ( as you could see in the pictures a lot of people came to visit including the Mayer and the Sharif ) It was truly beautiful, I walked through the new unit, really impressed with the good job they did... I would suggest anyone who is looking for a good environment you should send your beloved ones here ...

I just wanted to share my experience with Blue Stream. I recently had a family member in the facility and cannot express my gratitude to the management team along with the nurses. They went above and beyond with love and caring for our family member, as well as, the family when visiting. Therapy that was offered was again wonderful. I would definitely recommend the rehab to anyone that is looking for a safe and overall great facility to get well in.
