Throughout the book, I learned that fly fishing is a state of mind that takes a lifetime to master. Bill captured the art of the craft in his book and on my last birthday I was presented with a genuine, Top Ten Tapers hand made Payne 200 bamboo fly rod. The attention to detail in my Payne 200 is simply amazing.
Bill also took the time to meet with me on two occasions to help me set up my Payne 200 with a proper fitting reel and the correct line match. -
