There are not enough words to express the professionalism, kindness and generosity my son and I experienced from Debbie, Maria, Karla and Dr. Robinson. My son experienced a horrible injury to his front teeth. He needed 2 crowns and every place I called was at least 10 days out for scheduling. When I called Twinsburg Dental Associates and Debbie heard my son's story she made the effort to have him seen the same day by Dr. Robinson. We went to the appointment thinking the Dr. would look at him, figure out how much time was needed and they'd try to squeeze him in this week or early next week. Imagine our surprise when Dr. Robinson asked if he could start working on him that evening! My son walked into the office at 4:45 pm missing his 2 front teeth and walked out at 7:45 pm with 2 temporary crowns. He was grinning from ear to ear and so relieved. The fact that they were willing to stay long past office hours to help him was so generous, we are forever grateful.
