Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care

I have several cars and they seem to need a never ending cycle of maintenance. I am so thankful that I've got these guys near by. While I normally avoid these kinds of places, Conrad's (at least the one in Reminderville/Twinsburg) has proven to be a great resource for me. They've handled everything for me from basic oil changes to check engine lights, alignments and more complicated emissions work. Phillip at the front desk and the manager Jeremy have both always been friendly, honest and helpful. They hit their deadlines and pricing is always up front. I'll continue going to these guys for many years to come.

I've been getting my cars serviced at Conrad's for years. They do a great job and honor your time. The men are friendly and helpful. I primarily get an oil change here. I appreciate the pricing of extra services before doing them. Keep up the good work!

Phil at the front desk does customer service like it used to be years ago and still should be. Very courteous professional and helpful. The tech that worked on my car was very
knowledgeable explained things in terms I could understand and gave good advice and did great work. Service cost very reasonable done on time and more than met my expectations. I would recommend this Conrads store to everyone.
