(December 10, 2022, 8:29 am)I was searching for a shop that communicated, was reasonably priced, and could figure out what causes weird issues in vehicles. Found it. My AC turned to heat when I accelerated. I knew I'd have some money in investigation and then whatever the fix was. The investigation was done efficiently and it's fixed. My previous shop saw it 3 times and had no clue. Dotson's is my new shop.

(June 7, 2022, 7:21 pm)Dotsons was a phenomenal place to take my car. Leading up to my appointment they confirmed my schedule as well as confirmed the part numbers that needed to be fixed on my car. They got the job done quickly and well. They also went over the repairs and any possible future repairs related to my issue. Thankfully everything was resolved and my car is running great. I will be taking my car there from now on
